Order
Procedure
We
act basically the same as other e-shops. Buyers are required to register with us
before they can place valid orders. Please refer to the following steps for our
ordering procedure:

Payment
Method
Except
the use of PayPal service, we also provide customers with the most convenience
and safety payment method which include draft issued by post office, bank to
bank transfer, COD for wholesalers and L/C for real expensive order. However,
the wholesale prices will not include all handling charges, export tax,
insurance and freight which will be responsible by buyer.
Shipping
We
provide customers with both local and international shipping service. Rail and
truck for the region of Hong
Kong,
Macau
and China.
Overseas customers can have a choice of fast but expensive air freight or the
slow but cheap ocean freight. As shipment under both air and sea freight method
require complicated documentary work and need also matching with their own
schedule, we cannot guarantee all shipments can be done for overseas customers
within 48 hours.
Quality
Ranking
The
GQ range is our most economical version. They will be done by ordinary craftsmen
and are designed to sell in mass volume to meet
China's
internal market. The HQ range is our mid level product, all manufacturing
process will be done by our mid level craftsmen. All timber will be treated
under our Timber Drying System to a reasonable moisture content. Such treatment
will prevent deforming, cracking and contracting due to various moisture level
from different countries. This range will be shipped mostly to five stars
hotels, club houses and wholesalers of furniture.
The
SHQ and UHQ ranges are the best Chinese classical furniture from our factory. It
has the highest price level and to a certain extent, they are even more
expensive than real antique furniture. Of course, we cannot produce these two
ranges in volume. Starting from the process of timber drying, grain matching,
processing, engraving and meticulously craftsmanship, we apply our best possible
effort to make these ranges possesses the highest stability/architecture level
so that they can have the perfection and spirit where only classical furniture
from the Ming and Ching dynasty can be found.
Guarantee
Except
the GQ range, all our customers will enjoy our complete after sales service and
quality assurance program. Reparation is free of charge during the specified
warranty period. Only transportation cost and on site servicing charges will be
responsible by overseas buyers. As for our SHQ and UHQ range, warranty is for
life time.
